Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Mellow Blocks, made by Bemo Labs, handles the data it touches. It covers every Mellow Blocks build that ships through the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store — iPhone, iPad, and Android phones & tablets — and also the bemolabs.com website where this policy lives.

The short version: we don't run our own servers, we don't collect a personal account from you, and the only third parties involved are Apple's own services (on iOS), Google's own services (on Android), Google AdMob (for interstitial and rewarded video ads), RevenueCat (only for handling in-app purchases), Firebase services (Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config, anonymous Authentication, and App Check), and Google Analytics (only on the bemolabs.com website, never inside the app).

1. Who we are

Bemo Labs is an independent mobile studio based in Istanbul, Turkey. You can reach us at hello@bemolabs.com.

2. Data Mellow Blocks stores on your device

Mellow Blocks keeps the following information on the device itself, using Unity's standard PlayerPrefs storage:

• Your best score and game statistics (highest score, total blocks placed, total line clears)
• Daily play streak and daily tournament progress
• Preference choices (selected theme, language, SFX volume, haptic toggle, gravity mode)
• Whether you completed onboarding
• In-app purchase status (Remove Ads — whether you've bought it)

None of this is sent to Bemo Labs. We do not operate a backend that would receive it. Mellow Blocks does not currently sync data across devices.

3. Game Center (iOS) and Play Games Services (Android)

When the social features are enabled in a future release, Mellow Blocks will submit the following to Apple Game Center (on iOS) and Google Play Games Services (on Android):

• Best scores for global leaderboards
• Daily and weekly leaderboard entries
• Achievement progress (block placement milestones, line clear counts, streak milestones)

Game Center and Play Games Services associate this data with your Game Center / Play Games identity, which is governed by Apple's and Google's privacy policies respectively. We never see your underlying Apple ID or Google account — only the alias you chose.

4. Notifications

Mellow Blocks does not currently send any notifications and does not collect data for that purpose. If optional notifications (for example, local streak or daily-tournament reminders) are added in a future release, this policy will be updated to describe exactly what is scheduled, what stays on the device, and what — if anything — would be sent off-device.

5. Advertising (Google AdMob)

Mellow Blocks shows ads through Google AdMob (the Google Mobile Ads SDK). Two ad formats are used:

• Interstitial (full-screen) ads between games, with frequency controls (no ads on your first 24 hours of play, and no more than one per 2–3 games after that).
• Rewarded video ads when you choose to watch one — for example, to continue a game after Game Over.

Mellow Blocks does not show banner ads. We do not use ad mediation; AdMob is the only ad SDK in the app, and no third-party ad networks are integrated.

What Google AdMob collects

Google AdMob may collect the following while serving an ad:

• Your device's advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, GAID on Android) — only if you grant tracking permission. On iOS, this requires the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt; if you deny tracking, AdMob falls back to non-personalized ads. On Android, this respects your Limit Ad Tracking / Reset Advertising ID setting.
• Device model, OS version, app version
• Coarse location (country / region, derived from IP, never precise)
• Diagnostic and performance data about ad delivery

This data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. Bemo Labs only receives aggregate AdMob reports — we never see your advertising identifier or any AdMob-collected data tied to your identity.

Ad content filtering

We've configured AdMob to block the following categories regardless of any other setting:

• Adult content and dating
• Gambling, casino, sports betting
• Alcohol
• Tobacco, vaping, e-cigarettes
• Prescription drugs
• Political ads

Ad content rating is set to "General audiences" (G). If you ever see an ad that violates this, please email hello@bemolabs.com with a screenshot and we'll forward it to Google.

EU / GDPR consent

If you're in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the app shows Google's Consent Management Platform (UMP) before any ad is requested. You can accept personalized ads, accept only non-personalized ads, or refuse advertising-related cookies. Your choice is stored on your device and respected on every ad request.

6. In-app purchases (RevenueCat)

Mellow Blocks offers a one-time non-consumable purchase: Remove Ads ($3.99). Purchases are handled by RevenueCat, which validates receipts with Apple App Store and Google Play Store on our behalf.

RevenueCat receives:

• An anonymous user ID — the same Firebase-generated anonymous UID the app uses for Firebase Authentication (see "Firebase services" below). We don't collect any account from you.
• Purchase status (whether you bought Remove Ads, and when)
• Device platform (iOS / Android) and app version

RevenueCat does not receive your name, email, or payment details. Their data handling is governed by RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.

7. Firebase services

Mellow Blocks uses five Firebase modules from Google. All run under Firebase's Privacy Policy. We never attach your name, email, or any directly identifying information to any of the data described here.

• Firebase Analytics — measures in-game gameplay events in aggregate (game start, game end, score achieved, theme switched, language picked, in-app purchase, ad shown). Also collects device model, OS version, app version, language, country (derived from IP), and an anonymous instance ID that resets if you reinstall the app. We use this only to make the game better. You can opt out by enabling iOS Limit Ad Tracking / Android Opt-out of Personalized Ads in your device settings.
• Firebase Crashlytics — crash reporting. When the app crashes, Crashlytics sends the device model, OS version, app version, and the crash stack trace so we can fix the bug. No personal identifiers are attached.
• Firebase Remote Config — fetches game-side configuration values (such as feature flags and tuning constants) from Google's servers. It does not collect personal data.
• Firebase Authentication (anonymous) — on first launch the app performs a silent (no-UI) anonymous sign-in, which creates a persistent anonymous user ID (UID) generated by Firebase. This UID is not your name or email — it's a Firebase-issued identifier — but it is sent to Firebase, and it's the same identifier we pass to RevenueCat (see "In-app purchases" above) so that purchases can be associated with this app install.
• Firebase App Check — device attestation to protect Firebase resources from spoofed / bot traffic. App Check sends an attestation token to Google so the backend can confirm the request came from a genuine instance of Mellow Blocks running on a genuine device. No personal data is collected.

8. Website analytics (bemolabs.com only)

The bemolabs.com website uses Google Analytics 4 (Measurement ID G-GF07MJT8CV) to understand which pages get visited and how visitors move through the site. Google Analytics is only loaded on the website — the Mellow Blocks app itself does not contain Google Analytics.

Google Analytics drops a few first-party cookies (_ga, _ga_*) that hold a randomized client ID. It collects:

• Pages you view on bemolabs.com and how long you stay on each
• The page that referred you (if any)
• Country / region, derived from IP — your IP is anonymized before storage
• Device type, browser, screen size, language

We never see your IP or any data that identifies you personally. Data retention is set to 14 months, after which Google deletes the event-level data. The collection is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

To opt out site-wide, install Google's Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or block the _ga cookie in your browser settings.

9. Children

Mellow Blocks is rated for general audiences (4+ on the App Store, Everyone on Google Play). We do not knowingly target children under 13 and do not collect any data from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we'll delete it.

10. Your rights

You can do all of the following at any time:

• Stop tracking (iOS): iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → toggle Mellow Blocks off.
• Stop tracking (Android): Android Settings → Privacy → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization.
• Revise consent: tap any future "Watch ad" flow to re-trigger the GDPR consent form, or reset the app via your device's app settings.
• Restore purchases: Mellow Blocks Settings → Restore Purchases.
• Opt out of website analytics: install Google's Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or block _ga cookies in your browser.
• Delete all data: uninstall Mellow Blocks. Local data is removed by iOS / Android automatically.
• Make a privacy request: email hello@bemolabs.com. We respond within 30 days.

11. Security

We don't operate a backend, so there's no Bemo Labs database that could be breached. Data on your device is protected by iOS / Android sandboxing and disk encryption. Data sent to Google AdMob, RevenueCat, and Firebase is protected by their standard at-rest encryption and TLS in transit.

12. Changes to this policy

If we materially change anything (e.g. add a new ad network, add a new third-party service), we'll update the "Last updated" date above and surface the change inside the app on next launch. Continued use of Mellow Blocks after a material change means you accept the revised policy.

Apple App Store ve Google Play Store üzerinden dağıtılan tüm Mellow Blocks sürümlerini — iPhone, iPad ve Android telefon & tabletler — ve politikanın yayımlandığı bemolabs.com web sitesini kapsar.

Kısa özet: Kendi sunucularımızı çalıştırmıyoruz, senden kişisel bir hesap istemiyoruz ve işin içinde olan tek üçüncü taraflar Apple'ın kendi servisleri (iOS'ta), Google'ın kendi servisleri (Android'de), Google AdMob (geçiş ve ödüllü video reklamlar için), RevenueCat (yalnızca uygulama içi satın alımlar için), Firebase hizmetleri (Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config, anonim Authentication ve App Check) ve Google Analytics (yalnızca bemolabs.com web sitesinde, uygulamada asla).

1. Biz kimiz

Bemo Labs, İstanbul merkezli bağımsız bir mobil uygulama stüdyosudur. Bize hello@bemolabs.com üzerinden ulaşabilirsin.

2. Mellow Blocks'un cihazında sakladığı veriler

Mellow Blocks aşağıdaki bilgileri Unity'nin standart PlayerPrefs depolama API'si ile cihazın üzerinde tutar:

• En iyi skorun ve oyun istatistiklerin (en yüksek skor, toplam yerleştirilen blok, toplam temizlenen satır)
• Günlük oyun serisi ve günlük turnuva ilerlemesi
• Tercih seçimleri (seçili tema, dil, SFX sesi, titreşim, yerçekimi modu)
• Onboarding'in tamamlanıp tamamlanmadığı
• Uygulama içi satın alım durumu (Reklamları Kaldır — satın alıp almadığın)

Bunların hiçbiri Bemo Labs'a gönderilmez. Veriyi alacak bir backend işletmiyoruz. Mellow Blocks şu an cihazlar arası veri senkronizasyonu yapmaz.

3. Game Center (iOS) ve Play Games Services (Android)

Sosyal özellikler gelecekteki bir sürümde aktif olduğunda, Mellow Blocks aşağıdaki verileri Apple Game Center'a (iOS'ta) ve Google Play Games Services'e (Android'de) gönderecek:

• Global liderlik tabloları için en iyi skorlar
• Günlük ve haftalık liderlik tablosu girişleri
• Başarım ilerlemesi (blok yerleştirme kilometre taşları, satır temizleme sayısı, seri kilometre taşları)

Game Center ve Play Games Services bu veriyi seçtiğin Game Center / Play Games kimliğine bağlar; bu süreci Apple'ın ve Google'ın gizlilik politikaları yönetir. Apple ID veya Google hesabını hiçbir zaman görmeyiz — sadece seçtiğin takma adı.

4. Bildirimler

Mellow Blocks şu anda bildirim göndermez ve bu amaçla veri toplamaz. Gelecekteki bir sürümde isteğe bağlı bildirimler (örneğin yerel seri veya günlük turnuva hatırlatıcıları) eklenirse, tam olarak neyin planlandığını, neyin cihazda kaldığını ve varsa cihaz dışına nelerin gönderileceğini açıklamak için bu politika güncellenecektir.

5. Reklamlar (Google AdMob)

Mellow Blocks reklamları Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) üzerinden gösterir. İki reklam formatı kullanılır:

• Geçiş (tam ekran) reklamlar oyunlar arasında, frekans kontrolüyle (ilk 24 saatte hiç reklam yok, sonrasında her 2–3 oyunda en fazla bir).
• Ödüllü video reklamlar izlemeyi seçtiğin durumlarda — örneğin Oyun Bitti sonrası oyuna devam etmek için.

Mellow Blocks banner reklam göstermez. Reklam mediation kullanmıyoruz; uygulamadaki tek reklam SDK'sı AdMob'dur ve üçüncü taraf reklam ağı entegre edilmemiştir.

Google AdMob'un topladığı veriler

Google AdMob bir reklam sunarken şunları toplayabilir:

• Cihazının reklam tanımlayıcısı (iOS'ta IDFA, Android'de GAID) — yalnızca izin verirsen. iOS'ta bu Apple'ın App Tracking Transparency (ATT) penceresini gerektirir; izleme izni vermezsen AdMob kişiselleştirilmemiş reklama döner. Android'de Limit Ad Tracking / Reklam Kimliğini Sıfırla ayarına saygı duyar.
• Cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi sürümü, uygulama sürümü
• Kaba konum (ülke / bölge — IP'den türetilir, asla hassas değil)
• Reklam dağıtımı hakkında tanılama ve performans verileri

Bu veriler Google'ın Gizlilik Politikası kapsamındadır. Bemo Labs yalnızca AdMob'un toplu raporlarını alır — reklam tanımlayıcını veya kimliğine bağlı AdMob verilerini asla görmeyiz.

Reklam içerik filtreleme

AdMob'u şu kategorileri her durumda engelleyecek şekilde ayarladık:

• Yetişkin içerik ve flört
• Kumar, casino, spor bahisleri
• Alkol
• Tütün, vaping, elektronik sigara
• Reçeteli ilaçlar
• Politik reklamlar

Reklam içerik derecelendirmesi "Genel kitle" (G) olarak ayarlandı. Bu listeyi ihlal eden bir reklam görürsen lütfen ekran görüntüsüyle birlikte hello@bemolabs.com adresine yaz; Google'a ileteceğiz.

AB / GDPR onayı

Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı, Birleşik Krallık veya İsviçre'deysen, herhangi bir reklam istenmeden önce uygulama Google'ın Onay Yönetim Platformu'nu (UMP) gösterir. Kişiselleştirilmiş reklamları kabul edebilir, yalnızca kişiselleştirilmemiş reklamları kabul edebilir veya reklamla ilgili çerezleri reddedebilirsin. Tercihin cihazında saklanır ve her reklam isteğinde dikkate alınır.

6. Uygulama içi satın alımlar (RevenueCat)

Mellow Blocks tek seferlik bir non-consumable satın alım sunar: Reklamları Kaldır ($3.99). Satın alımlar RevenueCat tarafından yönetilir; bizim adımıza Apple App Store ve Google Play Store ile makbuzları doğrular.

RevenueCat şunları alır:

• Anonim bir kullanıcı ID'si — uygulamanın Firebase Authentication için kullandığı, Firebase tarafından üretilen anonim UID ile aynı kimlik (aşağıdaki "Firebase hizmetleri" bölümüne bak). Senden hiçbir hesap toplamıyoruz.
• Satın alım durumu (Reklamları Kaldır'ı satın aldın mı ve ne zaman)
• Cihaz platformu (iOS / Android) ve uygulama sürümü

RevenueCat senin adını, e-posta adresini veya ödeme bilgilerini almaz. Veri işleme süreci RevenueCat'in Gizlilik Politikası kapsamındadır.

7. Firebase hizmetleri

Mellow Blocks Google'ın beş Firebase modülünü kullanır. Hepsi Firebase'in Gizlilik Politikası kapsamında çalışır. Burada anlatılan verilerin hiçbirine senin adını, e-postanı veya doğrudan tanımlayıcı bilgini eklemiyoruz.

• Firebase Analytics — oyun içi olayları toplu olarak ölçer (oyun başlangıcı, oyun bitişi, elde edilen skor, tema değişimi, dil seçimi, uygulama içi satın alım, gösterilen reklam). Ayrıca cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi sürümü, uygulama sürümü, dil, ülke (IP'den türetilir) ve uygulamayı yeniden yüklersen sıfırlanan anonim bir örnek ID toplar. Bu veriyi yalnızca oyunu daha iyi hale getirmek için kullanırız. iOS Limit Ad Tracking / Android Reklam Kişiselleştirmesini Devre Dışı Bırak ayarlarını cihaz ayarlarından açarak çıkış yapabilirsin.
• Firebase Crashlytics — çökme raporlama. Uygulama çöktüğünde Crashlytics cihaz modelini, işletim sistemi sürümünü, uygulama sürümünü ve çökme stack trace'ini bize gönderir; böylece hatayı düzeltebiliriz. Kişisel tanımlayıcı eklenmez.
• Firebase Remote Config — Google sunucularından oyun tarafı yapılandırma değerlerini (örneğin özellik bayrakları ve ayar sabitleri) çeker. Kişisel veri toplamaz.
• Firebase Authentication (anonim) — uygulama ilk açılışta sessiz (UI'siz) anonim giriş yapar ve Firebase tarafından üretilen kalıcı bir anonim kullanıcı ID'si (UID) oluşturur. Bu UID adın ya da e-postan değil — Firebase'in verdiği bir tanımlayıcı — ama Firebase'e gönderilir ve satın alımların bu uygulama kurulumuyla ilişkilendirilebilmesi için RevenueCat'e ilettiğimiz aynı kimliktir (yukarıdaki "Uygulama içi satın alımlar" bölümüne bak).
• Firebase App Check — Firebase kaynaklarını sahte / bot trafikten korumak için cihaz doğrulaması (attestation). App Check, Google'a bir attestation token'ı gönderir; böylece backend isteğin gerçek bir cihaz üzerinde çalışan gerçek bir Mellow Blocks örneğinden geldiğini doğrulayabilir. Kişisel veri toplanmaz.

8. Web sitesi analitiği (yalnızca bemolabs.com)

bemolabs.com web sitesi hangi sayfaların ziyaret edildiğini ve ziyaretçilerin sitede nasıl gezindiğini anlamak için Google Analytics 4 (Ölçüm Kimliği G-GF07MJT8CV) kullanır. Google Analytics yalnızca web sitesinde yüklenir — Mellow Blocks uygulaması Google Analytics içermez.

Google Analytics rastgele bir istemci kimliği tutan birkaç birinci taraf çerez bırakır (_ga, _ga_*). Şunları toplar:

• bemolabs.com'da görüntülediğin sayfalar ve her birinde ne kadar kaldığın
• Seni yönlendiren sayfa (varsa)
• Ülke / bölge — IP'den türetilir; IP'n saklanmadan önce anonimleştirilir
• Cihaz türü, tarayıcı, ekran boyutu, dil

IP'ni veya seni kişisel olarak tanımlayan herhangi bir veriyi asla görmeyiz. Veri saklama 14 ay olarak ayarlandı; sonra Google olay düzeyindeki veriyi siler. Toplama Google'ın Gizlilik Politikası kapsamındadır.

Site genelinde çıkış yapmak için Google'ın Analytics Çıkış Tarayıcı Eklentisi'ni yükle veya tarayıcı ayarlarında _ga çerezini engelle.

9. Çocuklar

Mellow Blocks genel kitleler için derecelendirildi (App Store'da 4+, Google Play'de Herkes). 13 yaşın altındaki çocukları bilerek hedeflemeyiz ve onlardan veri toplamayız. Bir çocuğun kişisel bilgi sağladığını düşünüyorsan lütfen bize ulaş; sileceğiz.

10. Haklarınız

Aşağıdakilerin tümünü istediğin zaman yapabilirsin:

• İzlemeyi durdur (iOS): iOS Ayarlar → Gizlilik & Güvenlik → İzleme → Mellow Blocks'u kapat.
• İzlemeyi durdur (Android): Android Ayarlar → Gizlilik → Reklamlar → Reklam Kişiselleştirmesinden Çık.
• Onayı değiştir: gelecekteki bir "Reklam İzle" akışına dokunarak GDPR onay formunu yeniden tetikle veya cihazının uygulama ayarlarından uygulamayı sıfırla.
• Satın alımları geri yükle: Mellow Blocks Ayarlar → Satın Alımları Geri Yükle.
• Web sitesi analitiğinden çık: Google'ın Analytics Çıkış Tarayıcı Eklentisi'ni yükle veya tarayıcıda _ga çerezlerini engelle.
• Tüm veriyi sil: Mellow Blocks'u kaldır. Yerel veri iOS / Android tarafından otomatik silinir.
• Gizlilik talebinde bulun: hello@bemolabs.com'a e-posta gönder. 30 gün içinde yanıt veririz.

11. Güvenlik

Bir backend işletmiyoruz, dolayısıyla ihlal edilebilecek bir Bemo Labs veritabanı yok. Cihazındaki veriler iOS / Android sandboxing ve disk şifreleme tarafından korunur. Google AdMob, RevenueCat ve Firebase'e gönderilen veriler kendi standart at-rest şifreleme ve TLS-in-transit'leri tarafından korunur.

12. Bu politikanın değişiklikleri

Önemli bir değişiklik yaparsak (örneğin yeni bir reklam ağı veya yeni bir üçüncü taraf servis eklersek), yukarıdaki "Son güncelleme" tarihini güncelleyeceğiz ve değişikliği bir sonraki açılışta uygulamanın içinde göstereceğiz. Önemli bir değişiklikten sonra Mellow Blocks'u kullanmaya devam etmen revize politikayı kabul ettiğin anlamına gelir.
