How do hints work?

Every new game starts with free hints based on difficulty: 1 on Easy, 2 on Medium, 3 on Hard and Expert. When the free hints run out you can watch a short rewarded ad to earn one more. No "buy hints" purchases are required.

I watched an ad but didn't earn a hint.

The reward only kicks in when the ad finishes — if you close it before that, no hint. If you watched all the way through and still didn't see your count go up, please email us with your device model and the time it happened so we can check the AdMob delivery logs.

How do I change languages?

Settings → Language. The app supports 21 languages. Apple Watch follows the system language set in iPhone → Watch → General → Language & Region.

How do I move my progress to another device?

Sign in to the same iCloud account on both devices and turn on iCloud for Sudoku Peak in Settings → [your name] → iCloud. Progress syncs in the background.

How do I delete all my Sudoku Peak data?

Uninstall the app. Local data is removed by iOS. iCloud copies clear per Apple's standard retention policy. To clear Game Center entries, go to Settings → Game Center → Privacy.

İpuçları nasıl çalışıyor?

Her yeni oyun zorluğa göre ücretsiz ipuçlarıyla başlar: Kolay'da 1, Orta'da 2, Zor ve Uzman'da 3. Ücretsiz ipuçların biterse kısa bir ödüllü reklam izleyerek bir tane daha kazanabilirsin. "İpucu satın al" gibi bir zorunluluk yok.

Reklam izledim ama ipucu kazanmadım.

Ödül yalnızca reklam tamamlandığında verilir — daha önce kapatırsan ipucu gelmez. Reklamı sonuna kadar izlediğin halde sayaç artmadıysa lütfen cihaz modelin ve olayın yaşandığı saatle birlikte bize yaz; AdMob teslim kayıtlarına bakalım.

Dili nasıl değiştirebilirim?

Ayarlar → Dil. Uygulama 21 dili destekler. Apple Watch'ın dili iPhone → Watch → Genel → Dil ve Bölge'den belirlediğin sistem dilini takip eder.

İlerlememi başka bir cihaza nasıl taşırım?

Her iki cihazda aynı iCloud hesabına gir ve Ayarlar → [adın] → iCloud üzerinden Sudoku Peak için iCloud'u aç. İlerlemen arka planda senkronize olur.
